Messing around sure is fun.

Finally met up with Pearlie yesterday! I swear we've been so out of touch with each other lately. Actually, I'm assuming we've both been very out of touch with everything and everyone lately...including this blog LOL. Ahhhh, I feel so lazy now. I have relatives visiting very soon from Miami! Hopefully it will be fun...I'm always nervous when I meet new people (yep, never seen them before -_-).

Okay so anyway, let's get on with it...

Yesterday Pearlie and I went to school so she can hand in her assignment and to catch some bugs on campus. WOW IT WAS SO HOT!! I'm amazed we didn't get a sunburn! Maybe because we hid in the shade from time to time XD. But anyway, we found some pretty cool stuff...namely a very fuzzy caterpillar and a freaky looking brown bug in a tree. I'm sure Pearlie will amaze you with pictures after she's done pinning and labeling her collection =).

SO. Of course, being bored and lame, we went to my house and did nothing...lol. Here are some pictures of us doing nothing....HAHAHA

Ah...it feels like summer just began since it's been super hot for the past couple days. Pearlie and I are home (have been for a couple days already) and we brought back lots of mosquito bites with us as souvenirs! Mine are FINALLY going away...sloooowly going away -_-" still itches a bit, but I always apply a lot of that anti-itch cream to make it better ><" Anyway, Cyclops PF statue is here...think I already mentioned that a long time ago, but I'm too lazy to post it right now. I have so much crap to do this weekend for next week's classes x_x! Sooooo let's just keep this post simple with "some" cottage pictures:

So I haven't sorted out any other pictures yet, and learning from my mistake last time when I posted the long ass nail polish post, I really don't have half a day this weekend to dedicate to writing a detailed post yet. This one will have to do. Since Pearlie is done her mid term today let's hope she's got SOME time to post something because she took more pictures than I did at the cottage lol. But knowing Pearlie she'll be too busy bumming around this weekend and watching shows...PEARLIE YOU LAZY BUM! XD

New Red Bow~!

Hurray, our new layout and banner is all done =D. Well, we didn't have to do much...Pearlie tested out and tweaked the layout we picked out, we finalized the colours and font for the banner, I drew the bow and we just put it all together. Took like...half a day LOL. Easier than expected -_-" but we DID plan for it to look a bit more complex, it just didn't work out XD. ANYWAY we messed around while making the final touches to the updates so here are more random shots of how we spent our Victoria Day =)!

This should have been up last week, my fault because I failed to upload the pictures *lazy*. Basically we spend the day at Pearlie's house, planning for some changes to be made to the blog. Also, we watched some random movie and stuff online, I don't really know what we watched...-__-", but it was good XD. (Just to clarify, the movie we watched was a pretty recent Chinese film called 單身男女 or Don't Go Breaking My Heart with Daniel Wu, Louis Koo and YuanYuan Gao as the main leads)...we both prefer Daniel's character btw...cause who wouldn't choose the more loyal one???

Wow, today was FREEEEEZING. Hate snow. Especially dirty snow -_-" Anyway, I finally have a chance to sit down and make more overdue posts XD. During the holidays, I begged Pearlie to date me before school took over her life once again. So, she allowed me to drag her to a lesser mall that was further away from our area. Taking the bus was a pain, but it was worth it since we both came home with something!

When Pearlie told me she had her heart set on buying a warm winter coat that day, I was super excited. It meant Pearlie was ACTUALLY making a big purchase in my presence. WHOAAAA. The last time she made a purchase while with me was in the university bookstore. Yep.

So when we first got on the bus, she handed me this:

Ugh. Disgustingly boring summer. HATE IT. Let me post all the random pictures I was too lazy to post over the past couple of weeks...

Who is the fairest one of all? I wouldn't be surprised if it's Pearlie. Have you seen her legs? They reflect light to a point where you need to wear sunglasses when looking at them. (Yeah I know that's not the "fair" the shirt refers to LOL)

HER bag: Matt&Nat wallet, Banana Republic prescription glasses, shades, HTC phone, cute keychains w/ keys (lol), flowery pouch with something in it (I'm guessing contact solution/case), green pouch with a lot of face/beauty stuff inside (A LOT!!), tissue.

MY bag: Domo-kun coin pouch, white cherries pouch for female essentials (YOU think of a better term for it), Westwood wallet, LipIce + random lipgloss, shades, keys that aren't cute like Pearlie's, HTC phone, other pouch for essentials (tissue, mirror, eyedrops, medicine)

Our first date...again.

We're back! Once again, it's San writing the joint post. Sheesh...PEARLIE. And guess what? We went shopping today! Our plan to go to a pretty park and take pictures of ourselves in fancy clothes failed, and so we decided to go shopping in some normal clothes instead. What do we mean by that? Basically, you won't be seeing us in 4 inch heels and any head turning outfits. Honestly, who in the world dresses up to go shopping at a crap mall that's 15 minutes away? Not us. Anyway, on to the good stuff.

I'm still in shock right now knowing that we actually bought stuff. TOGETHER. PEARLIE AND SAN. BOUGHT STUFF. Though, I must say, they're all small items:
We bought a bunch of headbands to share, and Pearlie bought a necklace while I bought some floral stockings from H&M. Don't you love how the bright pink from my bag makes the stockings look sooooo NOT pretty? Note to self: wear stockings asap and take pictures to show how gorgeous the floral pattern is.

Hmm, might as well share our outfits of the day since our purchases were so small and uninteresting hahaha.


As you can see, we both carried shoulder bags with too much stuff inside, so we couldn't stand straight by the end of the day.

Now it's San's turn. Not much to say here, except that she resembles a walking stick and that she looks slightly pregnant in the picture with the drink. Pregnant walking stick? Hahahah.


Oooh, look! Pearlie did her nails just for today. And they're pink too! San feels so special because Pearlie is usually super lazy when it comes to dates with San. Teehee.


Finally, a picture of our faces! We took a gazillion (more like five) pictures before we decided on a good one to use for the profile picture. The old one we put up was SUPER old (er, less than a year old).

After staring at it for a while however, it seems like we haven't changed the past year. Our heads are still stuck together like always <3

P.S. I (meaning Pearlie here...LOL) will be less lazy today and actually add in my own comments okay?! ;) So, today's shopping trip was hmmm...quite BORING because the mall was rather uninteresting itself and also because they are doing renovations inside so it looked really crappy just like San mentioned. But other than that, overall the day was enjoyable since we haven't gone shopping together for like more than two months I think (doesn't seem THAT long right??). Anyways enough about our outfits and our "date" today LOL, but our next post would probably be a "back to school" post because guess what we start summer school on Monday T-T. Can you imagine how horrible summer school will be?? Well you'll have to save that thought until next time!! :)
